South Windsor, CT and Miami, FL — HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI.A and HEI) today
announced its Flight Support Group has acquired the Aerial Delivery and Descent Devices
divisions of Capewell Aerial Systems (“Capewell”) for cash at closing. Additional financial
details were not disclosed.
