HOLLYWOOD, FL and MIAMI, FL — HEICO CORPORATION (NYSE: HEI.A) (NYSE:
HEI) today reported net income increased 34% to a record $136.6 million, or $.97 per
diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 2024, up from $102.0 million, or $.74 per
diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 2023. Net income increased 25% to a record
$374.4 million, or $2.67 per diluted share, in the first nine months of fiscal 2024, up from
$300.2 million, or $2.17 per diluted share, in the first nine months of fiscal 2023.
