$.11 per share cash dividend declared
Hollywood, FL – HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI.A and HEI) today announced that its
Board of Directors declared an $0.11 per share semiannual cash dividend payable on
all shares of its Class A Common Stock and its Common Stock. The amount is 10%
greater than the Company’s last cash dividend of $.10 per share paid earlier this year.
