HEICO CORPORATION TO ACQUIRE STORIED AVIATION AND DEFENSE COMPANY

Agrees to acquire Axillon Fuel Containment

Rockmart, GA and Miami, FL — HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI.A and HEI) today announced that its Electronic Technologies Group has agreed to acquire Axillon Aerospace’s Fuel Containment Business (“Axillon Fuel Containment”) from affiliates of SK Capital Partners, LP (“SK Capital”) for cash payable at closing.  Financial terms and details were not disclosed.  SK Capital will continue to own Axillon Aerospace’s Engineered Composites business.

HEICO CORPORATION REPORTS RECORD NET INCOME (UP 30%) ON RECORD OPERATING INCOME (UP 22%) AND RECORD NET SALES (UP 16%) FOR THE THIRD QUARTER OF FISCAL 2025

  HOLLYWOOD, FL and MIAMI, FL — HEICO CORPORATION (NYSE: HEI.A) (NYSE: HEI) today reported an increase in net income of 30% to a record $177.3 million, or $1.26 per diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 2025, up from $136.6 million, or $.97 per diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 2024.  Net income increased 34% to a record $502.1 million, or $3.57 per diluted share, in the first nine months of fiscal 2025, up from $374.4 million, or $2.67 per diluted share, in the first nine months of fiscal 2024.

     HOLLYWOOD, FL and MIAMI, FL — HEICO CORPORATION (NYSE: HEI.A) (NYSE: HEI) today reported an increase in net income of 27% to $156.8 million, or $1.12 per diluted share, in the second quarter of fiscal 2025, up from $123.1 million, or $.88 per diluted share, in the second quarter of fiscal 2024.  Net income increased 37% to a record $324.7 million, or $2.31 per diluted share, in the first six months of fiscal 2025, up from $237.8 million, or $1.70 per diluted share, in the first six months of fiscal 2024.

HEICO Corporation Announces Management Position Changes Consistent With Succession Plan

HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI and HEI.A) today announced that Laurans A. Mendelson, its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will become the Company’s Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and that Eric A. Mendelson and Victor H. Mendelson will become the Company’s Co-Chief Executive Officers effective on May 1, 2025.
