Lee’s Summit, MO and Miami, FL — HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI.A and HEI) today announced its Flight Support Group has acquired 90% of the stock of Millennium International, LLC (“Millennium”). The balance of the company’s ownership will continue to be held by its co-founders. Transaction terms and financial details were not disclosed.
