MIAMI, FL AND HOLLYWOOD, FL – HEICO Corporation (NYSE:HEI.A, HEI) today announced that it closed an offering of $550 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.950% Senior Notes due 2031 (the “2031 Notes”) and $650 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.400% Senior Notes due 2036 (the “2036 Notes”, and together with the 2031 Notes, the “Notes”).
